Good afternoon, Past Chairs:
Attached is the current draft Comment to the JMC Workgroup proposal to revise the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. It has been revised significantly from the version that was included in the agenda for the Tallahassee EC meeting. I would appreciate your review and comments about the draft and any revisions you believe are appropriate. Please email any comments directly to me at bob@heartlandlaw.commailto:bob@heartlandlaw.com, and not a "reply all" to the listserv. I would appreciate receiving any comments you may have by Monday afternoon. Please do not disseminate outside of the Past Chairs.
Many thanks for your continued service and support.
